16. Can we create insighto content - Questions & Answers - in Non-English language?

Yes. You can create questions and answers content in any language – that your people are comfortable with. Simply copy and paste that content or key in with that language’s keyboard.

The response data and analytics would however be in English.

17. What is skip logic?

Skip logic enables you to serve your respondents only those questions that they would need to see. Through this feature, by activating the skip feature for a specific question, you can tag the answer options to other questions that follow this specific one. Thus, while viewing your digital opinion form, based on the answer options chosen by your respondents in that specific question, appropriate questions would be served.

For example, assume you have created a question “What is your age?” with three answer options – (a) Less than 20 (b) 21- 50 and (c) More than 50.

Now, if you want to serve another specific question only to the age group 21-50, you can activate the Skip logic feature for your first question, tag appropriately the following questions to the answer options. Serve the next question only to age group 21-50. And enable respondents of other age groups skip that specific question.

Skip logic is possible with three types of questions only.

• Multi-choice – Single select

• Yes/No

• Drop down

For these question types, on the left panel of the content creation -where you build your questions and answers, you have the option to initiate the skip logic. You can also apply skip logic to that particular question by clicking on the skip icon on the right-bottom of that specific question. Applying skip logic would turn this grey icon to green.

A page break gets automatically applied whenever skip logic is applied to a question.

18. How can I edit/reorder/ preview the question & answer content of a insighto that I created?

Very simple. Go to the Create section in the top bar. You will see the Questions & Answers panel on the left side. And on the right side panel – hover your mouse on a question header. You would see a bar-with a black background – and with some action icons.

You would see few icons on the right side through which you can edit; apply skip logic
On the left side of the bar, you would see a square shape icon – for re-ordering your question.
Just hold that re-order icon and drag & drop that question wherever you want to shift – in that page.

Remember – re-ordering of a question is possible – within a page only.

The panel on the right side In the Create and Design section will show he way your questions and answers are getting built. And by clicking on the Preview (on the top-right of your screen), you can see in a separate browser tab – the insighto page that your respondents would see.
